Brown Recluse Spider
Order/family: Araneae/Loxoscelidae

Description: Brown recluse sliders are light brown or flesh-colored to dark brown. They measure 1/4” to 1/2” long, and have long legs that appear bare. The best identifying characteristic is the violin-shaped dark mark that begins just behind the eyes; this, they are called “fiddle backs” or “violin spiders.”
