Jonathan,

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the way you handled our situation yesterday.  The good news is, a thorough inspection has yielded no evidence of bed bugs, and the information you armed me with really helped us get a good night sleep.  We’re still on the lookout, but really appreciate the time you took to explain what to look for, dispel our worst fears, and identify the red herring (otherwise known as a carpet beetle).  I would certainly recommend your company in a heartbeat, and wish every contractor, mechanic, plumber, etc. that I deal with would work the way you do.

Dear Jonathan,

Carl and I are very grateful for all your help and support during our “ordeal” that took place in our home. The living (bed bug) nightmare is behind us thanks to your good direction. We were completely satisfied with your recommendation to use thermal treatments instead of chemicals. This option came as a great relief to us. Furthermore, the “bedside” manner that you applied added a different kind of relief. We were reassured we would get through this unexpected and unpleasant problem as others before had with your knowledge and expertise.

Speaking for myself, I had been fearful before making the first phone call about the issue. I doubted I would find a sympathetic ear, and imagined the worst case scenario: chemical sprayers entering my personal space. I did not know there would be an opportunity to solve this problem any other way.

Therefore, suffice it to say, the best thing that happened out of the whole thing was meeting you! I will happily recommend you and your company to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of dealing with bed bugs.
